This page is intended to explain our practices clearly. It does not replace any signed client agreement, order form, or statement of work.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Lightib LLC, doing business as AutomatorX.ai (“AutomatorX.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with our website, inquiries, strategy calls, services, and related communications.
When we decide why and how personal information is used, Lightib LLC acts as the business or controller. When we process information solely on a client’s instructions while delivering services, the client may be the relevant business or controller and its privacy notice will also apply.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, project requirements, and communications with us.
If you book a call or become a client, we may also receive scheduling details, meeting notes, invoices, transaction records, account credentials you choose to share, support requests, and information needed to scope or deliver the work.
Our website and service providers automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We also use analytics technologies, including Microsoft Clarity, to collect session telemetry and interaction metrics to evaluate site usability, with content masking configured to protect user-entered input fields.
For AI automation, Voice AI, lead-generation, or custom software projects, we may process client-provided lead, customer, call, message, recording, transcript, workflow, CRM, or operational data. The exact data depends on the project and the client’s instructions.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; schedule and conduct calls; prepare proposals; provide, secure, support, and improve our services; communicate about projects; process payments; maintain business records; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims.
Where permitted, we may send relevant business updates or marketing communications. You can opt out of promotional email at any time. We may still send non-promotional messages about an active inquiry, contract, security issue, or transaction.
We do not use client confidential data to train public or shared AI models unless the client expressly authorizes that use.
How we share information
We may share information with vendors that help us host the website, schedule meetings, communicate, provide cloud infrastructure, process payments, secure systems, analyze performance, or deliver contracted services. They receive only the access reasonably needed for their role.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and systems; in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of advertising or analytics technology is legally treated as a sale or sharing, we will provide any required notice and opt-out mechanism before enabling that use.
International processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for international transfers. If Australian privacy law applies, overseas recipients and service providers may be located in the United States and other countries identified for the relevant project.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, contract, and legal requirement.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; or to withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Browser controls may also let you limit cookies or similar technologies. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law allows.
You may contact your local privacy regulator if you believe your rights have been violated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address the concern.
Third-party services and children
Our website may link to or embed third-party services, including scheduling tools and privacy-enhanced YouTube video. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice where required.
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Lightib LLC will respond in accordance with applicable law.
