About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Lightib LLC, doing business as AutomatorX.ai, uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. A cookie is a small text file stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits.
Our current use
AutomatorX.ai uses analytics and performance technologies, including Microsoft Clarity, to capture session telemetry, interaction metrics, and heatmaps that help us understand visitor engagement and optimize website usability.
Microsoft Clarity may use first-party and third-party cookies or technical identifiers (such as _clck, _clsk, CLID, and MUID) to record session metrics, navigation patterns, and user interactions. Clarity is configured with content masking to protect sensitive form inputs and user-entered text by default.
Google Analytics may use first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_<ID>) to measure visits, traffic sources, and interactions with the site. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and Google signals and ad personalization are not enabled.
We store a small record in your browser's local storage (ax_attr_first, ax_attr_last, ax_cta and ax_consent) describing how you reached the site, such as the referring website, campaign tags, and landing page, and your cookie choice. When you book a call, the source details are passed to our scheduling provider so we know which channels bring enquiries. This record does not contain your name or contact details.
Basic hosting, security, network, or diagnostic providers may also process IP addresses and request logs for operational reliability.
Cookie categories
Strictly necessary technologies support functions such as security, network delivery, fraud prevention, and session continuity. The site may not work correctly without them.
Analytics technologies help us understand website traffic, interface interaction, and overall performance so we can streamline user navigation and resolve usability friction.
Functional technologies remember preferences or enable embedded services. Advertising technologies measure campaigns or optimize outreach across platforms.
Third-party features
Embedded video, scheduling, payment, chat, or other third-party features may use their own technologies when you interact with them. Those providers determine some or all of their processing and publish their own privacy and cookie notices.
Your choices
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer.
You can manage, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking analytics cookies will not prevent you from using our website or booking strategy calls, but may prevent us from diagnosing usability issues during your session.
Browser privacy signals and opt-out preference signals will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy if our use of cookies or similar technologies materially changes. Questions may be sent to privacy@automatorx.ai.
