This page is intended to explain our practices clearly. It does not replace any signed client agreement, order form, or statement of work.
Scope
This policy applies to services, systems, demonstrations, and deliverables provided by Lightib LLC, doing business as AutomatorX.ai, that involve artificial intelligence, automated calls, recorded or synthetic voice, text messages, email, lead data, outreach, or automated decision workflows.
Clients remain responsible for their campaigns, instructions, data, content, audiences, and use of delivered systems. A technical capability does not mean a particular use is lawful or permitted.
Consent and communications compliance
You must obtain and document all consent required for automated, artificial-voice, prerecorded, marketing, or recorded communications. You must honor revocation, opt-out, do-not-call, suppression, and unsubscribe requests promptly.
You must comply with applicable calling hours, identification and disclosure rules, caller-ID requirements, recording-consent laws, frequency limits, number-registration requirements, and restrictions on abandoned or unsolicited communications.
You may not upload or contact a purchased, scraped, generated, or third-party list unless you have a valid legal basis and all permissions required for the intended channel and jurisdiction.
Prohibited uses
- Impersonating a real person or organization without authorization.
- Deceiving people about whether they are interacting with AI when disclosure is required or material.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, or unlawful surveillance.
- Bypassing opt-outs, do-not-call lists, platform safeguards, rate limits, or authentication controls.
- Generating or distributing illegal, infringing, defamatory, or materially misleading content.
- Collecting sensitive information that is unnecessary for the disclosed purpose.
- Using data obtained in breach of a contract, platform rule, confidentiality duty, or law.
- Making high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, or legal services without appropriate authority, review, safeguards, and legally required notices.
Data and model responsibilities
You must have the right to provide all prompts, recordings, voices, documents, lead records, customer data, credentials, and other materials used with the services. You must apply appropriate access controls and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must use qualified human review where errors could affect rights, safety, finances, legal obligations, or material business decisions.
Enforcement
We may refuse instructions, suspend work, disable an integration, preserve relevant records, or terminate access when we reasonably believe use violates this policy, creates security or legal risk, or could harm a person, platform, or network.
We may cooperate with lawful requests and notify affected providers or authorities where required. We will consider context, severity, repeated conduct, remediation, and legal obligations when enforcing this policy.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected misuse to [email protected]. Include the relevant organization, communication channel, date, number or address involved, and any supporting evidence you can lawfully provide.
